If the movie does not play even after clicking, saying "preparing"
and if it is the same with other computers then most of the
time then it is because the whole media file is not available.
However, if this happens just with your computer you
should take the next steps.
We CAN NOT guarantee that it will work after the following
procedures. The situation is that we haven’t been able to
figure out the real cause of this problem.
Please read the following carefully and follow each steps.
Step 1
{Media player Option, way to change 1}
Start > All programs > Accessories > entertainment >
After activating Windows Media player, Tool > Click option.


1. Check if it is connected to the internet (ignore all the other directions)
2. Click Network
- Check Multicast, UDP,TCP,HTTP
- Finish Media player

Start > Choose the file name and activate > type mplayer2 then click OK.
1. Display > click Option
2. go to reply and unclick the Hardware accelerator
3. High level > click change
4. Check Multicast, UDP, TCP, HTTP
5. After clicking OK for apply finish Media player.
* Internet explorer’s browser to Tool > Click the internet option
After selecting all, click Ok for deleting Cookies, after deleting file (check if you have deleted all offline items) click OK.

If it is still not working try Step 2
{If you are Windows XP user}
Download Windows XP "Window Media Player" cumulative patches(2002/06/26)and set it up.

Set up Windows Media update 320920, is it connected?
Yes and No will appear click Yes.
Windows Media framework element setting program
Add the latest multimedia to the system.
Then, click next from cancel.
Please select the option that you want from the item.
Only the framework element setting is upgraded, select setting all the framework setting again.
Next > Next > Next then click Finish.
When the setting is completed please activate the vod/aod

{ For 98se,me, 2000 Users}
Click " Windows Media player 7.1" cumulative patches (2002/06/26. Q320920)then download the same way as above.
However if you are 98se user only when the Windows Media player is 7.1, the 7.1 cumulative patches file is already set therefore if you have any previous version or advanced version you can go to the control panel add and remove program to delete Windows Media player. After Booting again
download Windows Media Player 7.1 for Win 98. Then use the Windows Media service to update the latest version (for Windows 98 SE, Me and 2000).
If Step 2 does not work try Step 3
If error happens while viewing image please check which version of Windows Media player is used with the PC. After checking delete Windows Media Player and download the latest version through the Windows Media latest version update service.

Start > All programs > Accessories >entertainment > after opening Windows Media Player go to Help and click Windows Media Player Version information.
{How to set again after deleting Media Payer 10}
This is the way to set Windows Media Player for Windows XP user with Version 10.
Start > Program, Access and Setting > Control panel > Double click the Add and delete programs, Choose Windows Media Player 10 from Menu then click the Change delete button.
If the original version is rolled back click OK to booting the system again.
If you can not find Windows Media Player 10 in Add and Delete Programs, check the program set currently and update clicking the Windows XP software updates.

{How to set again after deleting Media Player 9}
* If you are Windows XP 2000 user, this is the way to set up after deleting Windows Media Player version 9.
Start > Access to Program and Setting > Control Panel > Double click Add and remove program then when the Windows component wizard opens check only the Windows Media Player from the component and click "Next".
When "Finish" appears re-boost the system and set the latest version of Windows Media Service and use it.
If you are user of 98se,me
Start > setting > Control Panel, After double clicking the Add and Remove Program remove Windows Media Player from the list,
re-boost the system and re-set the latest version of Media Service and use it.
Computer Environment
i. All Web Pages of Peace TV are optimized by Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and Microsoft Media Player 9.0. These pages will not perform properly on other Operating Systems such as MacOS and Linux.


Windows XP Service Pack 2
Peace TV is using ActiveX. If ActiveX is not already established, please follow the instructions below.
i. Lowering security level

Select Internet ? Click the custom level button
At ActiveX controls click ‘enable’ and then click ‘okay’
ii. Direct Install
When you suspect 'The Failure of Automatic Setup of ActiveX', must download the file, IBViewerUtil.exe, blow, and Excute it for installation.

Windows XP service pack2 includes a strong firewall function that prevents any pop-ups. This maybe the cause for some computers that do not allow our Peace TV web site to display. Solution to this is as follows:
i. When pop-ups are blocked on the computer, click information bar underneath the address. Then click to "Allow pop-ups". Pop-up is unblocked and it should work fine.
ii. Run "Start>Setting>Control Panel>Internet Option" and click on Security tab. Click "Trusted sites" and Click on "Site" and type *.ipeacetv.com". Click "Apply" and it should work normally.
Other, items that need to be set additionally
1. If you are using Windows,,,,,,
1) There is a core part of Computer called the "Main board".
The number of type amounts to few hundreds to few thousands. Unless you set up the chip set driver of the main board sometimes the Media can not be played properly.
Please check what kind
of main board is set in your computer, after confirming its
kind please try setting the driver.
2) Problems with Gottek

4) Update and re-install the graphic card driver.
After confirming the name of the graphic card installed to the computer go to the homepage of the product’s maker and
download the setting file or otherwise keep the CD and
install from it. If you want to find out more information on
the hardware installed on your computer please set a
program called aida 32

5) Resetting Windows
Sometimes you can not view because of many complicated
causes, in such case reset Windows itself all over again.
Please try using after setting main board, graphic card, audio card, and driver etc properly.
6) Symptom: When the screen turns green and you can only hear the sound.
A) Windows Media Player > Root > Option > Performance
B) If you see the Video accelerator there is [None to Maximum]
C) Set the standard point to None and click "confirm"
7) Restoring System
If you are suddenly not able to see movies on Peace TV.
A) Start > All programs > Accessories > System Tool >
restore system
B) Select "Restore computer to the state before (R)" from restore system
C) From the movie that appears in a calendar form select the date that is before the date when you start not seeing the movie.

D)Proceed following the instructions that appears on the screen
8) Adding another user
You can also resolve the problem of not being able to see the movies by adding another Windows user.
A) Start > Control Panel > User Account > Make a new Account

B) When a new account is made log out from the start button
C) Using the icon of the new account made try viewing at PeaceTv.
9) Setting with Internet Option
A) Select tool menu in Internet Explorer
B) Tool > Internet Option > All > Setting > Select "

time you open the page"
C) Tool > Internet Option > All > Click " delete Cookies" and "
delete files" here then click " delete all off-line titles".
10) Download total Codekpack and confirm install the right Codek.
A) First of all download total Codek program.
